Keep track of important documents Use the integrated knowledge base to keep track of important information. You can just save a basic text message or add a file attachment. This is a good place to keep track of all your client information for easy retrieval on the web anywhere you need it. Search all request for answers Through the knowledge base information screen, you can search not only all of the knowledge base articles, but you can search through all of the requests in the system, open or closed, in order to find what you need to solve those important problems. Security Documents in the knowledge base can be restricted on a per company basis or open to all users. With this you can have documents that are only available to you or to specific clients. This allows you to store client sensitive information.
