Features of Nethelpdesk

Nethelpdesk has two different types of uses. It is used by:

  • IT departments to support end users within their organisation
     
  • Support companies (not just IT) to manage their clients incoming requests for support, and manage contracts.

It is primarily a Windows program, though with a rich web interface and a pda interface optimized for low bandwidth, it provides an exceptional solution for any organisation with support personnel who need access away from the office.
