The CIS Help Desk staff provides the Brown Community assistance with information technology. Our customer friendly approach ensures a positive experience and a speedy resolution resulting in the efficient use of technology tools for our academic setting. The Help Desk aims to resolve requests for assistance on supported applications in a prompt and courteous manner. If the problem or request concerns an unsupported operating system, hardware, software or service, staff will do their best, given call volume, to suggest other avenues of support.
